we are season of harvesting bamboo shoots .they are coming from under ground.we need to dig all the way down to the roots by hou.
some bamboo shoots we let them grow to be bamboo tree.
it takes 2month to be bamboo tree.
after 2years those bamboo tree
make next generation.
遅れて筍掘りのシーズンスタートしました。
筍の様子も普段と違い、自然界も何だか様子がおかしいですね。
