How to care for bamboo products:
The best care is to use it every day.
Because it is a natural material the color and texture will gradually change over the years and the color will deepen.
Basic storage method
Please keep it in a well ventilated place.
Avoid direct sunlight .
Use a gentle brush or a towel and clean regularly to prevent dust from accumulating.
Cleaning
After use, if needed, wash by hand. wipe it off with a dry cloth and then ventilate it.
Please do not use a dishwasher. Basically, if you don't use detergent and you are worried about oily leftovers
please wash it with hot water or use a neutral detergent. please rinse and dry well.
About mold

About insects
Bamboo being a natural material, contains water and sugar. and in rare cases it might get eaten by insects.
When this happens, a white powder comes out from a small hole.
please purr hot water at over 60 degrees on that damaged part.
Please dry in a well-ventilated place.
About returns
returns within one week from the product arrival at the costumer house. the shipping fee will be payed by the customer.
We will bear the responsibility for defective product replacement and incorrect delivery replacement.
About repair's
Available within 6 months from purchase.
it will be repaired basically free of charge, but the customer is responsible for both ways shipping fee.
